Finnish-speaking Account Executive Are you passionate about HR-tech and B2B sales? Take the next step in your career by joining our client in Stockholm!

As an Account Executive, you will contribute to expanding the Finnish market with innovative HR-tech solutions. This is your chance to be part of a fast-growing and future-focused HR-tech startup!

You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle for new customers in the Finnish market. From the first contact to closing the deal, you will be the key contact for the customer. You will build relationships with decision-makers across various industries and demonstrate the value of the company's HR system.

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities in Finland.

Customer Contact: Reach out to HR managers, CEOs, and other decision-makers in various industries.

Production of Sales Demonstrations: Showcase the value of the HR system through engaging presentations.

Drive the Entire Sales Process: You own the process from first contact to closing the deal.

Personal Development: Set and achieve your own sales goals with ongoing support and guidance.

Market Expansion: Help drive the growth of the company's HR-tech solutions in Finland.

Native Finnish and very good English skills, both spoken and written. Swedish is a plus.

Experience in HR, recruitment, leadership, or customer service is a plus.

Post-secondary education in a relevant field is a plus.

You have strong communication skills and enjoy building relationships.

You are accustomed to working in systems and have an interest in HR-tech.
