The Health Center Liden is located in a picturesque area about 50 kilometers west of Sundsvall and is part of the Sundsvall/Ånge healthcare district. The healthcare district includes the health centers Liden, Granlo, Matfors, Stöde, and Ånge. In the area, we have a close collaboration with resources such as a social worker, psychologist, primary care contact, and more. Your future colleagues also include doctors, district nurses, registered nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, physiotherapists, and BVC operations.

We offer you an enjoyable job with varied tasks alongside competent colleagues. We are now looking for a district nurse or registered nurse for a permanent full-time position, with start date according to agreement.

District Nurse/Registered Nurse for Health Center Liden, Sundsvall

Job Responsibilities

• Your main task is independent reception work with your own patients and telephone counseling via TeleQ.
• You will work with both planned and acute visits.
• Support is provided by a team of doctors, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation coordinators.
• We document in NCS Cross.

Working hours are daytime Monday to Friday.

• Have additional training as a district nurse
• Have work experience in primary care
