Virestads Friskola economic association consists of two preschools, two after-school centers, and two schools (F-4 and F-6) distributed over two units.

The unit in Virestad is located about 20 kilometers outside Älmhult, and the unit in Bråthult is just outside Älmhult. Both of our units are beautifully situated near forests and meadows, and we utilize our surroundings in our educational excursions. Currently, we have over 180 children enrolled in our activities.

We are primarily looking for someone who is a trained teaching assistant with several years of experience. You have previously worked with school children and are accustomed to working with students individually. You are calm, secure, and communicative, and you work according to a relational perspective. You also need to feel confident in teaching and be creative.

We are looking for a teaching assistant for the school in Virestad. The assignment is to work with a student in grade 5. To be present as support in schoolwork when needed, but also to help during breaks and transitions. The work can take place both in the classroom, in smaller groups, and individually. Everything based on the student's needs for the day. For the intervention to be successful, collaboration with the class teacher and special educator is required.

The position is 50%, planned for four days a week, and is a temporary position during the spring term of 2025.
