Support Specialist

We are looking for an organized and service-oriented Support Specialist to join our headquarters. You will be the first point of contact for staff in the restaurants, helping them with all challenges in the restaurant environment. This can range from customer emails, technical issues, fault reports, and missing deliveries.

Responsibilities:

As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the restaurant and facilitating communication between different teams and suppliers. Your main tasks include:

• Being the first point of contact for restaurants needing support with operational issues, systems, or logistics.
• Handling and resolving incoming cases quickly and efficiently.
• Collaborating with purchasing, kitchen, and service teams to ensure smooth processes.
• Administering and maintaining our internal systems to support the restaurant's daily needs.
• Contributing to optimizing workflows and improving communication between departments.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in operations, logistics, or customer service (preferred but not required).
• Is structured, problem & solution-oriented, and has a good ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Has basic IT skills and is familiar with administrative systems.
• Can communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, additional language skills are a plus.

Practical information:

• The position is full-time with a start date of 1/2.
• The headquarters is located in Stockholm.
