We are currently looking for someone driven by high goals for the role of warehouse worker at Dagab's e-commerce warehouse in Västra Frölunda. The role includes:

• Working with order picking. You will pick and pack grocery bags using a cart, handheld computer, and scanner. You will pick multiple orders simultaneously, and the assortment is the same as in a grocery store, which means you will handle all types of food.
• Be active throughout the work shift as the job is physically demanding.
• Ensure and optimize inventory levels.
• Sort and place goods in the correct part of the warehouse, alternating between different departments, which means different temperature zones, from +20C to -24C.

Working Hours

The warehouse is open between 05:00-15:45. However, we usually schedule shorter shifts:

• 05:00-09:45
• 06:00-10:45
• 07:00-11:45
• 11:45-15:45

If needed, there is an opportunity to work longer shifts.Training takes place during the day, scheduled between 07:00-15:45.

You will make yourself available for work week by week, making the job flexible and well-suited to combine with your other commitments.

The need is greatest on weekdays, and we see that you can and want to work two weekdays a week with a focus on Mondays and/or Fridays. The start of the position is ongoing and begins with three days of paid training so that you have the right conditions to perform the job.

Location

Dagab's e-commerce warehouse is located in Västra Frölunda with good transport links to the warehouse and free parking available just outside the building.

To succeed in this assignment, it is important that you have a strong drive and a great commitment to your work. It is also important that you have an efficient working method and a flexible approach. Additionally, you perform your work with great accuracy. Finally, you strive to achieve the best possible results by working independently and purposefully.Weight will of course also be placed on your other personal qualities.

Requirements

To be employed in this position, it is required that you have another primary occupation of at least 50%. Examples of other primary occupations include studies at least half-time (50%), other work where you are guaranteed at least 50% work, self-employment, or elite sports. You will need to provide proof of your primary occupation before potential employment for this position.

Since workplace introductions, safety regulations, safety briefings, and other instructions are conducted in Swedish, you need to be proficient in the Swedish language.
