Funky Chicken food truck started in 2014 and has drawn inspiration from New York's street food. Today, we are one of Sweden's most popular food trucks with loyal customers traveling across the country to visit us. Our guiding principles at work are joy, customer focus, and having fun on the job.

We have received significant media coverage and awards in recent years and are visited by influencers as well as food critics. We are a great team of five people, all sharing a love for good food prepared with that little extra. As we are in an expansive phase, we are now looking for someone who wants to become one of our food truckers and contribute to the good atmosphere we have built up at Augustensdalstorget in Nacka Strand together with our visitors.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and prep food such as making sauces, salads, and building burgers

Cash handling

Weekly planning together with us Unpack, open, and close down

Cleaning

Working Hours

The food truck's opening hours are Monday to Friday from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM. A full workday is approximately from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. When the summer sun shines on us, we also open for service on Sundays. We are looking for both those who can work 4-5 days a week and those with a flexible schedule who can step in as needed 2-3 days a week. However, there are good opportunities for a permanent position with extended working hours.

At least 2 years of experience in the service or restaurant industry Fluent in Swedish

Social, service-minded, and outgoing with a twinkle in the eye

Stress-resistant and accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment in a small space
