We are looking for a receptionist for our clinics in Husby and Tensta!

Qualifications and Job Description

You will work in a well-organized clinic with a digitized workflow. As a person, you are passionate about your profession. You want to develop and grow with us. You are service-minded and can handle many balls in the air. You enjoy varied tasks and responsibilities. You greet everyone in a friendly manner and are solution-oriented. Your work involves receptionist/administration duties, and you will be responsible for the daily operations of the clinic, reporting to the Clinic Manager.

• As a receptionist/administrative manager, you play an important role, ensuring that everything runs smoothly around the clinic's operations and that patients feel safe and welcome.
• You preferably have a dental nurse diploma, experience in the dental nursing profession, or other professional knowledge in dentistry.
• Experience with the Opus journal system is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Experience with Libretto and Symfoni is an advantage but not a requirement.
• You enjoy interacting with and helping others - you are service-oriented.
• A colleague who enjoys phone contact.
• A person who has a sense of order and organization.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Other languages are a plus but not a requirement.

Employment Conditions

Full-time.

Start date: According to agreement.
