Electrical Manager for Facility Maintenance and Operations

We are now looking for a driven and experienced Electrical Manager who will be responsible for a team of up to 4 electricians and oversee the work in maintenance and technical operations at a facility.

Your responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations in electrical systems, heating, ventilation, and fire alarms.
Lead and plan the work for the electricians.
Oversee and handle complex electrical system issues and ensure fire safety on site.
Coordinate work related to the facility's UV system and manage any resulting consequences.
Collaborate closely with property managers to ensure maintenance work follows established procedures.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications:

Experience in electrical system management and previous leadership roles.
Competence in business and administration, including quotes, orders, follow-ups, and invoicing.
Driver's license and experience working in secure environments.
ESA training (Electrical Safety Regulations) and familiarity with following precise work procedures.
Experience working with high-voltage systems, backup power, and technical maintenance in hospital environments is highly advantageous.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain structure are important qualities as you will be monitoring action plans and ensuring work is carried out as planned.
