Habo kost is looking for a chef for a modern and newly renovated central kitchen. Here we prepare food for preschools, schools, and elderly care. We also operate Restaurant Kärrsliljan and carry out other fun assignments for the municipality's various activities. As we work with different customer groups, the menus are varied, and we provide ample space for flexibility and individual responsibility.

Job Description

As a chef in the central kitchen, you will work with everything from everyday meals to festive menus. We cook a lot of food from scratch, using high-quality ingredients that we prefer to source locally. We mix traditional home-cooked meals with new flavors. Of course, we consider the environment and a sustainable society.

Qualifications

Qualified chef with good theoretical and practical knowledge and experience in preparing special diets. You need to be familiar with working with computers as we use them both as cookbooks and as tools for order management. Since we communicate a lot with each other and customers, you must master the Swedish language in speech and writing. You should be able to work independently, take initiative, collaborate easily, and have a desire to collectively drive development forward with colleagues.
