Carlforsska gymnasiet has a long tradition of educating future employees in healthcare. We are an active school with a wide range of programs. We work to provide our students with the opportunity to develop their knowledge, personality, and creativity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You are expected to teach our students in the Health and Care program and students in the adapted upper secondary school within the programs' characteristic courses. Your duties include mentoring, planning, assessment, guidance in various learning situations both at school and in connection with APL (workplace-based learning.) You are active and driving in the development work carried out by you individually and together with colleagues and school management. As an educator, you have the ability to provide conditions for a stimulating learning process based on the student's unique goals. The work involves working on goal achievement and communicating this continuously with the student.

QUALIFICATIONS

Primarily, we are looking for you who are a licensed teacher in healthcare or have relevant work experience.

You have experience in social care, such as LSS, psychiatry, or elderly care. You have a great commitment to learning and a genuine interest in healthcare. We also see that you have a good understanding of the world around you and an interest in business development. Previous teaching experience and a vocational teacher qualification are advantageous.

As a person, you are communicative, flexible, and solution-oriented. You dare to challenge yourself and your students, while also having clear leadership and the desire for the students to succeed. Collaboration is important to you, and you have the ability to create and maintain good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.

Before being employed, you need to present an approved extract from the police record.
