Driven and ambitious driving instructor for passenger car (B) wanted!

Gruvegårds Driving School was founded in 1962 and is located in central Västerås. We have educated and helped thousands of satisfied students obtain their long-awaited driving licenses for both passenger cars and heavy trailers. We now need to expand our team and are therefore looking for someone who wants to work as a driving instructor with us.

Job responsibilities; You will take care of our students in passenger cars, both manual and automatic. If you have additional qualifications, there is an opportunity to teach in those as well.

Working hours are scheduled for daytime Monday to Friday.

The position is full-time with a start date according to agreement.

You will be part of our team, so it is important that you can collaborate, contribute to developing the teaching, and together with your colleagues take responsibility for the whole. Clarity and structure as well as the ability to adapt teaching to the students' needs are other important qualities for the job. You have good leadership skills and always put the student's best interests at the center. It is also of great importance that you are pedagogical and patient, and that you can handle stressful situations.

Requirements:

- Approved driving instructor education/Approved by the Transport Agency.

- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good English.

Experience in the profession is an advantage, but personal suitability and interest are equally important. If you are also an approved instructor for Risk 1 and/or 2, we see that as a great merit.
