As a Team Leader Housekeeping, you will have a key role where you lead and inspire the team responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our facilities. Together with the Destination Manager, you ensure that both guests and employees enjoy a welcoming and fresh environment.

What Does the Role Entail?

As a Team Leader Housekeeping, you are responsible for the daily operations in housekeeping at your destination. You actively participate in the operational work of cleaning cottages, service buildings, and common areas to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and comfort. At the same time, you lead and support the team, allocate tasks, and ensure that routines and standards are followed.

You work closely with your Destination Manager and are a key point of contact for communicating information to your team. Your role is central to creating an efficient and positive work environment where you together deliver top service to our guests.

As part of the team, you are also expected to support other areas when needed. We always help each other to create the best possible experience for both guests and colleagues.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone with experience in housekeeping and possibly previous team management. A background in hotels, camping, or similar is a plus, but we primarily value your ability to lead and inspire others.

To thrive in the role, you are meticulous, structured, and detail-oriented. You are a solution-focused team player who motivates the team to perform their best, even at a fast pace. We appreciate if you have a sense of humor, prioritize the team's success over your own, and contribute to a lovely atmosphere in the workplace.

To communicate smoothly with both colleagues and guests, we prefer if you are fluent in both Swedish and English. Knowledge of German is advantageous but not required.

Previous experience in leadership and housekeeping is advantageous but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you are a dedicated and confident leader who makes the team shine – just like our destination!

Conditions

We are looking for a Team Leader Housekeeping for the summer season 2025. The role is a seasonal full-time position (40 hours/week) during weeks 25-32 and includes evening and weekend shifts, following the collective agreement for the hotel and restaurant industry. In the spring, we offer training that we would like you to participate in.
