About the Job

As a cleaner, you will be part of a team whose task is to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards set for our premises. You will have your own primary area of responsibility or be part of a janitorial team that works in all premises belonging to Region Blekinge.

Our responsibilities include daily cleaning, as well as floor care, janitorial services, and infection control cleaning.

We provide cleaning services 7 days a week, including weekends. The work is carried out during the day and evening on weekdays, and during the day on weekends.

When working with us, you will have access to modern cleaning equipment and machines to maintain the high hygiene standards required in Region Blekinge.

This recruitment process involves ongoing selection, interviews, and introduction.

About You

To be eligible for the position, you must have documented high school qualifications and be proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Since information and instructions for performing the work are electronic, computer skills are required. It is considered a merit if you have experience in healthcare cleaning, machine cleaning, SRY training, or equivalent education. Some cleaning positions require a valid driver's license.

We are looking for someone who is thorough and responsible, with the ability to work independently and take initiative. As the role of a cleaner may involve cleaning in up to six different areas on a rotating schedule, flexibility and the ability to adapt to new situations, even at short notice, are required. Your calm and attentive personality makes you accommodating and adept at creating a pleasant and safe environment for those you work for and with.
