With no prior sales experience (except for some work at my parents' local grocery store), I got the position based on my willingness and drive to learn new things and develop, both personally and professionally in the B2B field!

After just 1 year, as a 22-year-old, I had the opportunity to start my own sales team, a few years later I became a team leader for northern Sweden, and now I have the honor of leading Businesscare as a division manager.

About the Position

As a sales representative at Businesscare, you become part of the Rahmqvist Group. Together, we contribute to a better and safer workday by offering the most modern, innovative, and sustainable first aid products on the market. For several years, we have also been educating and certifying companies in areas such as CPR. Businesscare is a young company with many years of experience. We have an average age of about 32 years, rapidly growing but with solid experience behind us! Here, a curious and creative mind, as well as strong commitment and drive, are what matters. As a sales representative with us, you have the opportunity to develop and set your own goals; many describe it as a mix between running your own business and being an employee. Your daily tasks will involve:

Field visits with customers: You will be out meeting customers, building personal relationships, and understanding their unique needs. Being the face of Rahmqvist means you are our most important representative to our customers.

Product demonstrations and order handling: You will demonstrate our specialized products in work environment and help customers understand how these products improve their workplaces. At the same time, you will be responsible for taking and handling orders on-site.

Follow-up visits and maintaining relationships: After establishing initial relationships, you will regularly return to customers to deepen the collaboration, solve any challenges, and ensure they are satisfied with our products and services.

Efficient work with high activity level: You will be responsible for planning your work in a structured way to maximize efficiency. A high activity level is the key to success, and you will have the opportunity to independently drive and shape your day to achieve set goals.
