Summer Substitutes for Personal Assistance in Degerfors Municipality
Degerfors is an industrial municipality with approximately 10,000 inhabitants located in the borderland between Värmland and Örebro counties. We are looking for dedicated summer substitutes for personal assistance to create a safe and meaningful everyday life for users with disabilities.
Job Duties:
- Provide individually tailored support and care according to the user's needs and preferences.
- Create security and participation through a respectful and professional approach.
- Handle medication delegated by a nurse.
- Support the user in activities and contribute to an active and meaningful everyday life.
Qualifications:
- Flexible, responsible, and have good teamwork skills.
- Experience in personal assistance or similar support.
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Basic computer skills for documentation.
Education as a nursing assistant is advantageous. We value personal qualities such as initiative, security, empathy, and a respectful approach.
