About the Role

We need more energy heroes, and we are now looking for a lighting technician in Skåne who wants to be part of the journey towards a fossil-free life! Is that you? Our mission is to deliver energy-efficient holistic solutions to our customers. Our customers include the Swedish Transport Administration, municipalities, construction contractors, and companies in the industrial and infrastructure sectors. The assignments vary, ranging from road lighting to illuminating buildings, trees, and monuments.

Your Role as a Lighting Technician

Working as a lighting technician involves a varied everyday life where you work outdoors within the framework of our maintenance and service agreements and handle various technical issues related to lighting. You receive assignments for the work to be carried out through your laptop and prioritize them according to their importance. The work is independent, and you plan your day based on the information provided in each assignment. It may involve working alone, collaborating with a colleague, and/or with one of our subcontractors.

You operate from home and manage your daily planning with the support of project managers and other colleagues.

Together, we develop a personal introduction plan to prepare you for working with all types of service tasks for the operation and maintenance of lighting installations.

Requirements

To thrive with us, you need to be service-oriented, proactive, responsible, and enjoy working both independently and in a team.

We know that you will develop together with us. However, we prefer that you already have:

• Electrical technical education at high school or post-secondary level, or equivalent education/experience in the field (working with electrical power, installation, or lighting)
• Driver's license B
• Good computer skills
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Experience in ground contracting, driver's license C, and training for road work and ESA are considered advantageous.
