We at Enwide are now looking for a driven Account Manager to join our dedicated team in Kalmar.
About the Role:
As a salesperson, your primary mission is to work on churn management, which includes winning back customers who have terminated their contracts, managing and improving relationships with customers facing payment issues. You will also identify and implement strategies that enhance our customers' loyalty.
With us, your days will include:
- Contacting and reactivating customers who have terminated their contracts by offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborating with customers to resolve payment issues and find sustainable solutions for both parties.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers through active dialogue and customer care.
- Working towards goals to not only reach but exceed set targets.
About You:
We believe that you have solid experience in sales or customer service. You are a driven and solution-oriented salesperson who can think strategically and act quickly in challenging situations. As a skilled communicator, you have the ability to both persuade and listen, making you effective in building and nurturing customer relationships. Your attitude is characterized by patience, determination, and a positive mindset that permeates your work and interactions with customers.
