Production Coordinator at FMLOG Supply

About the unit

You will work at FMLOG Supply which acquires, stores, maintains, and disposes of supplies for the Swedish Armed Forces. The logistics should be efficient and provide high availability for all types of supplies throughout Sweden, which means that production, planning, and customer support are also important parts of our work.

The Swedish Armed Forces Central Warehouse (FMCL) is part of FMLOG Supply, creating opportunities for the Swedish Armed Forces by receiving and delivering materials on time and with high quality. Through knowledge of how the materials should be received, stored, maintained, delivered, and even disposed of, we are involved in making the Swedish Armed Forces' operations possible. Our attitudes and work methods are characterized by mutual trust to be able to deliver defense logistics when and where needed.

Main responsibilities

As a production coordinator, you have varied tasks aimed at creating good conditions to improve and support both the daily and long-term operations. You enjoy working both operationally and strategically, you are responsible for systematically identifying and implementing improvement work within the warehouse operations and our interfaces, from idea and implementation to documentation and follow-up. Your tasks also include coordinating, analyzing, and leading work on staff orders, which requires good administrative skills. You consolidate and analyze the department's resource needs, as well as support with documentation, initiate and follow up on purchases and investments. The majority of this position will be within logistics but with elements of financial monitoring.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated work experience in large warehouse operations
• Demonstrated work experience in the SAP business system (PRIO)
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Swedish Armed Forces' operations and materials
• High school education or equivalent as assessed by the employer
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
• Driver's license with at least category B (manual gearbox)
