Location? You will be based at one of our central offices in Malmö, Gothenburg, or Stockholm, but you can actually work from anywhere in the country as we offer remote work!

What will you do in this role?

At Columbus, a senior consultant is called a Functional Solution Architect (FSA). It involves a mix of being an application consultant, business consultant, and solution architect within your area of expertise. As an FSA, you will be responsible for leading projects within your specific module, defining processes, and driving solutions forward with your team. You will work on commitment projects (not resource consulting). You will interact with factory managers, planning personnel, assemblers, superusers, etc. You will conduct workshops and perform tests before Go Live.

Switching to a new business system is a major change – your role will be to guide and advise the customer on their production processes. You will work on projects that are both local and international. Our customers often have production facilities abroad, so business trips may occur, usually once a month or as needed.

You will split your time between the office (or living room) and our customers, working with your project team, creating a diverse work environment!

• Educational background in Supply Chain or Logistics
• Experience as a consultant in business systems
• Fluency in both spoken and written Swedish and English

We are looking for someone who is confident in their role, experienced in leading and planning production in manufacturing. You have an understanding of processes and the areas affected, as well as the economic implications. The most important aspect of this role is the ability to understand and manage master scheduling and production planning. Experience in project-driven manufacturing is an advantage but not a requirement.

Perhaps you are currently working in a line role within production? Or you are a consultant in other business systems such as IFS, SAP, or similar and are looking to try something new. If you have experience with Dynamics, we see it as a plus; otherwise, we will teach you!
