Visual Merchandiser at Åhléns in Piteå

We offer you

As a Visual Merchandiser at Åhléns, you are responsible for the department store's visual sales environment and work based on a given store concept. You create an atmosphere that is sales-oriented, varied, and inspiring for the customer. Your mission is to deliver the best customer experience for everyone - always.

• Plan, implement, and follow up on campaign and activity displays in collaboration with the department store's Sales team
• Actively participate and influence sales work in customer interactions
• Through your knowledge of products, materials, and trends, be a key person for every visitor

You work in a team with the Sales team, whom you train and support in the daily work of product display. You report to the Store Manager.

We are looking for

• Several years of experience in sales and service, preferably in retail
• Work experience in a similar role
• An education as a Visual Merchandiser or equivalent studies
• A great interest and sense of fashion, trends, color, and form

To succeed in the role, you are passionate about fashion and trends and see sales opportunities in everything you do. Furthermore, you are creative and analytical, accustomed to taking initiatives within given frameworks. You are good at communicating and engaging others. You are positive, goal-oriented, and flexible. You should also enjoy working at a fast pace and be able to prioritize your work efficiently.

The position is a temporary position until 10/8 or possibly longer by agreement, at 38.25 hours/week, and we prefer if you can start with us on 10/2-25.
