Your new job

As a passer and alarm engineer, you will be responsible for an important function within property management and be part of our new unit, the Management Center. The role includes work on the municipality's security work in areas such as key management, access control systems, camera surveillance, and fire alarms. You will play a central role in the development of the unit, where digitalization and connected properties are in focus. The role also includes following up and supporting other operations.

Your skills

Requirements:

Relevant education or equivalent work experience
Experience in key management in property management and new construction
Experience with access control systems
Experience in development projects
High administrative ability
Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
Driver's license B

Merits:

Experience in alarm management, e.g. fire, burglary, or access control systems
Experience in camera surveillance
Experience in leading projects
Experience in security related to properties
Accustomed to working with superior systems and good system understanding

As a passer and alarm engineer, you need to have good collaboration skills as you will work with colleagues from different professions within the property department and with our colleagues in other administrations. The position is a permanent full-time position with entry by agreement. Interviews are planned to be held during weeks 5 and 6. At the interview, we ask you to be prepared to provide two references
