About the Role

Enwell is now looking for an experienced Refrigeration Technician based in Tranås. The head office is located in Tranås and we are looking for someone who has extensive experience in working with Service/Repair of heat pumps, refrigeration units & air conditioning in Property/Villa. You should also have experience working with digital reporting as our work method requires this. It is a merit if you have previously held a supervisory role or similar.

As a Refrigeration Technician with us, it is important that you have good social skills and that you focus on the customer's experience of our visit. Customer focus is and will always be an important part of working at Enwell.

About the Role

As a Refrigeration Technician in the service department, you have a varied job where you will work with service/repair of refrigeration units and heat pumps for both companies and private customers. There are currently 10 Refrigeration Technicians/Service Technicians in our service department.

The service car is provided as a benefit with us, which means you can start from home. As an employee with us, you are also covered by a valuable benefits package.

You also want to continuously expand your knowledge as our industry is constantly evolving. Heavy lifting may occur. The highest workload is during winter and overtime may occur during peak workloads. The role requires good written and oral skills in Swedish.

Your tasks include, among others:

  • Service, troubleshooting, and repair of heat pumps, refrigeration units & air conditioning in the villa segment and property segment
  • Daily reporting in our digital planning systems via computer/mobile
  • Contact with our suppliers
  • Handling warranty claims
  • Estimating needs, providing cost proposals, and selling solutions
  • Reviewing documentation in your assignments before invoicing
  • Contacting customers by phone and email
  • Close collaboration with our management
  • Ordering/handling of machinery/spare parts

Requirements

Mandatory

  • Certified as a refrigeration technician category 1 (Mandatory)
  • Previous experience working with property facilities (Mandatory)
  • Extensive experience in Service/Repair of Heat Pumps (Mandatory)
  • Driver's license B (Mandatory)
  • Hot work certificate is a (Mandatory)
  • Good knowledge of the Office package and other digital planning systems (Mandatory)
  • Good written and oral skills in Swedish (Mandatory)

Meritorious

  • Forklift license/Mobile platform advantageous
  • Experience in HVAC work
  • Experience in ventilation systems
