Job Description

As a vehicle inspector, you will inspect vehicles and ensure they meet established environmental and safety requirements. You will have a stimulating job with many new contacts, focusing on service and safety. It is a responsible job with a sometimes high pace as many customers may come at the same time; therefore, it is important to be flexible and see new opportunities to satisfy our customers. The work is partly independent, but you often work in a team with other colleagues. Our customers visit us from morning to evening, including weekends, which means you will work varying hours. The position is based at our station in Jönköping.

Your Profile

As a vehicle inspector, you have good technical knowledge. A suitable background is a vehicle technical education at the high school level or equivalent work experience. For this position, you must be meticulous and take personal responsibility. We value your commitment, your ability to collaborate with both customers and colleagues, as well as your service orientation. We expect you to have a solid interest in vehicles, the environment, and traffic safety, as well as a practical approach. You are accustomed to working with computers and are proficient in the Office suite.

Requirements for this position:

  • Documented experience or suitable education in the automotive field
  • Class B driver's license without restriction to automatic
  • Technical vehicle knowledge
  • Basic computer skills

Desirable:

  • Certificate for vehicle inspections, K1
  • Class A, C, CE, and D driver's licenses.
  • Language skills beyond Swedish and English
