We are now looking for an engaged and structured marketer with a broad toolkit and a strong drive. In the coming months, we are ramping up, and we need a colleague who can help us manage an intense and exciting period.

About the role

As a Content & Event Marketing Specialist with us, you will play a key role in driving and executing marketing activities focused on content, events, and digital presence. You thrive in a dynamic environment and easily adapt to new contexts.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Project management of events – planning, marketing, and executing webinars and breakfast seminars.
• Content creation & editorial role – producing, editing, and publishing content for web and advertisements in the form of text, video, and graphic material.
• Coordination of marketing efforts – Leading and driving projects together with colleagues in the marketing team and other departments.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a documented background in event and webinar production, including marketing and execution.
• Is experienced in working as both a writer and editor and has a sense for tone and audience adaptation.
• Has solid experience working in HubSpot with setting up sequences and campaigns and is familiar with managing content in WordPress.
• Has at least 4 years of experience in marketing roles.

Experiences that make you particularly suited for the role:

• You are used to working agile and enjoy a mix of strategic and operational work.
• You have experience marketing complex offerings, including both product and consulting services.
• You are structured and methodical, with a strong focus on project planning, checklists, and follow-up of results.

Practical information:

This is a fixed-term employment for six to nine months to strengthen our team during an intensive phase. We are looking for someone who is available at short notice and ready to contribute from day one.
