As a licensed psychologist at Falck Health and Work Life, you will have the opportunity to influence one of Sweden's future industries where your broad expertise is in demand and highly valued by our clients across various sectors; both private and public, larger and smaller organizations. You will deliver both digitally and physically to local and national clients. This provides an interesting variation in your job, and you will encounter a wide range of cultures and individuals.
You will work consultatively and tailored to our clients as support for managers, contact persons, and employees. The focus of the position is primarily on individual-level assignments, but group and organizational assignments may also occur. You will work closely with experienced and helpful company doctors, occupational health nurses, physiotherapists, psychologists, behavioral scientists, occupational safety engineers, and others who work collaboratively with our clients and their employees with good results.
You will work with:
- Support conversations and talk therapy focused on rehabilitation
- Guidance for individuals and groups
- Conflict management and management support
- Work ability assessments
- Psycho-social workplace issues
- Mapping
We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist with:
- experience working with individual conversations, training, groups, and organizational assignments
- interest and experience in work-related ill health
- good computer skills and interest, and preferably experience in delivering digital tools and working with online-based methods
- proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- experience working with CBT, ACT, or FACT (meritorious)
- further education in or experience in the field of rehabilitation, organizational and social work environment (meritorious)
- experience in occupational health (strongly meritorious)

Other:
Permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period. Full-time position with start date by agreement. Working hours are weekdays 8-17.
Location: Gothenburg Hisingen. The position involves travel within the local area as needed, which means you must have a driver's license and preferably access to your own car.
