What does the job entail?

As a Customer Responsible, you will work closely with our warehouse and goods reception team, with a particular focus on customer service and sales in our store in Slagsta. You will be the first person our customers meet, and you will play a central role in creating a positive experience. The role involves both independent responsibility and teamwork, and you need to be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously – in a fast and flexible manner.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Working in our systems and following up on orders.
  • Supporting daily operations in the warehouse and goods reception, where everyone helps out as needed.

Your profile

We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is positive, proactive, and has a natural drive for service and sales. You have good collaboration skills, enjoy taking responsibility, and are eager to learn new things. You gain energy from working with people and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.

We believe you:

  • Have previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales – preferably within spare parts or technical products.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving problems.
  • Are quick to adapt to different IT systems.
  • Have good communication skills and speak and write fluently in Swedish.
  • Are accustomed to driving – a B driver's license is required.
  • Forklift and/or overhead crane certificates are advantageous, but not required.
