We are a health center with around 50 employees and approximately 12,400 registered patients as well as 1,000 registered children at BVC. We offer various services including medical consultations, nursing consultations, asthma/COPD clinics, elderly care, diabetes care, and extensive physiotherapeutic and psychosocial services.

At Vårdcentralen Sjöbo, we focus on teamwork with a cross-professional approach to enhance a good working environment for everyone and ensure good continuity and accessibility for our patients. Examples of our cross-professional approach between different professions include our acute team, rounds, and rehabilitation coordinator (Reko). We have also developed the health center to become a training health center for ST doctors. Our goal is to contribute to good health and quality of life for our patients by ensuring they come into contact with the right person and receive the right care and treatment.

Vårdcentralen Sjöbo is surrounded by beautiful natural areas and is within commuting distance from Ystad, Lund, and Malmö, as well as several other locations in the vicinity.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a psychologist, you will be part of our psychosocial team. Here, you will have the opportunity to work with people of all ages with various mental and psychosocial health conditions. The work is always based on a holistic perspective with the patient in focus, and you will work with assessments, treatments, and consultations. The work is conducted independently, but you will collaborate with other professional groups at the health center.

In your role as a psychologist, you will primarily conduct individual sessions, but group sessions may also occur as an alternative. Treatment may sometimes be conducted digitally through internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy (ICBT). There is ample opportunity for you to put your own stamp on your work, and we want you to help further develop our operations. Supervision is included in the position. QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you as a licensed psychologist with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Additionally, you should have language skills in Swedish that at least correspond to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale. It is an advantage if you have previously worked as a psychologist at a health center and have experience with digital services and good knowledge of psychiatric differential diagnostics.

As a person, you have a genuine interest in people and work with the patient in focus while also working towards the goals of the organization. You are confident in your professional role, positive, and contribute to a good working climate. Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills and are flexible regarding the varying tasks that may arise during a day at a health center. We place great importance on personal suitability.
