We at Autoexperten are now looking for a driven and engaged branch manager for our store in Lund.

Leadership and Expansion as Goals

As a branch manager at Autoexperten Retail, you will have the opportunity to influence the store's strategic direction, and your primary task will be to ensure that your team and your customers/workshops' daily operations run smoothly. You will do this by customer-oriented planning of deliveries/couriers, ensuring reliable supply with the right assortment, and delivering quickly with high service.

Being solution-oriented and genuinely having a good relationship with your customers and team is a big part of your daily life, and the competition in the market helps everyone to stay on their toes to become the customer's first choice.

Your Profile

In addition to having an excellent overview of daily operations, our branch manager has a strong focus on sales.

We are looking for someone with experience in a leadership position within the automotive industry or a related field. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in retail/wholesale with a focus on vehicles, spare parts, or components. You thrive in a dynamic and sales-oriented environment where you can inspire others to achieve ambitious goals.

We also see that you have experience in:

• Working goal-oriented towards set budgets
• Good leadership qualities, which include entrepreneurship, customer focus, structure, and collaboration
• High service ability and effective problem-solving capacity
• Curiosity and drive in the development of the automotive industry

Autoexperten offers good employment conditions as well as opportunities for professional development in close collaboration with your immediate manager and management. The position is a permanent employment (we apply a 6-month probationary period) based in Lund.
