About the job

Position: Permanent employment for 12 hours per week, probationary employment applies

Start date: 2025-04-28 or by agreement

Working hours: You will alternate between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends

Requirements: High school education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Work Environment Act, you must be at least 18 years old

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our wonderful team at Willys Hemma Saltsjöbaden C! The position simply means that you, together with your colleagues, contribute to offering our customers good and sustainable food at really good prices. You are an important part of the store team that ensures our customers have the best shopping experience. Here’s a bit more about the position:

• Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations in the store.
• You will unpack goods and ensure that our shelves are well-stocked, look nice, and that the store is clean and tidy.
• You will ensure that our customers can complete their purchases smoothly at the checkout with the help of our checkout options.
• You will assist our customers and meet them with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile.
• You will actively participate in ordering and sales planning and contribute to the store achieving its sales and profitability goals.

About you

• You want to learn new things and develop.
• You have a positive attitude and want to have fun at work.
• You see when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
• It’s an advantage if you have worked in a store or in service, but it’s not a requirement.
• You easily collaborate with others – we work together as a team!
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that’s great!
