As a merchandiser at SRB Retail House, you are responsible for ensuring that the store shelves are always well-stocked and that the products are displayed in a sales-oriented manner. Your main tasks include:

• Restocking and maintaining products, e.g. confectionery (bulk and packaged)
• Checking signage and re-displaying as needed
• Ordering products and following up on inventory status
• Contacting store personnel and ensuring the store's needs are met
• Working independently in-store and possibly visiting several stores in one day

In this role, freedom with responsibility is important - you plan and execute your work independently but always have support from your area manager and other support functions at SRB Retail House.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who wants to work during the summer weeks 28, 29, 30, 31, 32. The position is approximately 20h/week.

To thrive in this role, we see that you:

• Have an interest in grocery retail and enjoy physically active work
• Are solution-oriented, communicative, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy working independently and changing environments throughout the workday
• Are an early riser - we start our workdays early in the morning
• Have a driver's license and access to your own car (requirement) as you will be visiting stores in Kungsbacka, Kullavik, Särö, and Onsala

Meritorious:

• Previous experience working in a store or within grocery retail
