About the Operations Technician Position

As an operations technician, you will play a central role in monitoring and optimizing the daily operations of our production processes. You will proactively work to identify and solve problems to ensure continuous and efficient operation of the facility.

Operations Technician Responsibilities

Monitor and adjust operational parameters for optimal production
Perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues
Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive measures
Contribute to the development and improvement of operational procedures

Your Profile

We are looking for an analytical and solution-oriented individual with the ability to work both independently and in a team. You have a keen eye for detail and are meticulous in your work. The ability to prioritize and act effectively in pressured situations is important.

Qualifications for the Operations Technician Role

Technical education in a relevant field, such as automation or mechanics
Previous experience in a production environment is a plus
Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Working Hours and Benefits

The working hours are scheduled, and we offer salary and benefits according to collective agreements.

Working Hours:

Mon-Thu 06:30-15:45

Fri 06:30-14:00
