What will you do?

As a receptionist, you are Coor's face to the outside world, always keeping your eyes and ears open to catch that little extra. In this role, you will work independently and can utilize your commitment. We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for development within a dedicated team that values collaboration.

Examples of tasks include:

• Welcoming and assisting visitors
• Handling incoming inquiries
• Other administrative tasks
• Mail handling
• Managing coffee machines and catering
• Patrolling conference rooms and other areas in the building

We expect you to have:

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Technically quick to learn
• Knowledge of the Office suite
• Previous experience in a service role is a requirement

• Working hours: 7:30-16:30 8:30-17:30
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Probationary period: 6 months
