We are looking for a flexible personal assistant with a strong interest in care for a client. The boy is 12 years old and has a significant multi-functional disability. He needs personal assistants who can help him with most things. He has very low ability for voluntary movements and needs assistance with preparing and starting tube feeding, which then feeds him slowly for most of the day. Sometimes the boy needs oxygen, and he always needs your watchful eye to ensure his breathing is functioning well.

Several times a day, there are diaper changes, and you assist him with daily hygiene related to gastrostomy and jejunostomy, medications, inhalers, showering, PEP mask, suctioning, and constant monitoring of his health due to breathing issues, mucus production, and epilepsy.

Apart from all the care the boy needs, we also want you to be a child-loving person who sees the individual behind the care needs. He needs kind, gentle, and caring people in his life. He should be able to experience the world according to his abilities, and you are his key! Help him with what his body cannot manage so that he can also experience all those things that others take for granted.

• We see that you have experience with some or all of the above medical diagnoses and/or aids to qualify for the job.
• We also see that you describe yourself as punctual, very meticulous, and able to easily follow instructions and read routines.
• We are looking for someone with high flexibility.
• We want you to be able to work the hours described below and sometimes be able to step in and help out during colleagues' illness.

Position: approx. 2 shifts/week (may increase) varying day and awake night.
Daytime: approx. 07:30-15
Evening: approx. 15-21
Some days may be 07:30- approx. 18:00 if regular staff is sick.
