Renta has recently established itself in Boden and is now looking for a Field Mechanic who has a passion for service and technical solutions! Your tasks:

• Perform repairs, service, and maintenance on various types of rental machines.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose both mechanical and electrical systems, as well as work with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Use both digital and analog diagnostic tools to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
• Check the machine's external and internal functions, including engine status, battery, hydraulic system, and much more.
• Document work in Renta's administrative systems to manage work orders.

Renta's customers build all sorts of things with their machines. Sometimes they come back whole, sometimes not. What they always need, however, is a little care and love. You receive, assess the condition of the machines, and service and repair them, sometimes even urgently in the field. You also assist with setups and support the rest of the depot, from renters to distributors. We help each other, because building is a team sport.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A background as a mechanic.
• A positive attitude, is outgoing, and service-minded.
• Good technical knowledge in both mechanics and electronics, preferably with experience in machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good computer skills as you will be working in various quotation and order management systems.
• The ability to work independently, be flexible, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
• A strong interest in construction and civil engineering, as well as a desire to continuously develop.

At Renta in Boden, you will work in a close-knit, family-oriented, and varied work environment, where the team's collective strength and speed are relied upon entirely. In the role of Workshop Mechanic, you will be a valuable resource in Renta's team and will have close collaboration with depot managers, order and transport staff, inside salespeople, and workshop personnel.
