We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst and Data Visualization Developer to join our team. In this role, you will analyze complex data sets and develop compelling visualizations that support data-driven decision-making and enhance business insights. You will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
• Data Visualization: Design and create interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical solutions.
• Reporting: Prepare and present data reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by implementing quality checks and validation processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization; recommend improvements to data processes and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis and visualization development.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
