Adecco is now seeking four skilled welders for our client PRIMAB in Vikmanshyttan! Are you driven, responsible, and thrive in an industrial environment? Then we may have the right position for you!

About the position

We are looking for experienced and quality-conscious welders who want to be part of our team and contribute to creating sustainable building constructions for our customers.

In this role, you will work with MIG and MAG welding, where precision and technical competence are crucial to ensure the highest quality in the finished product. You need to be comfortable reading and interpreting drawings and working independently with welding and assembly of various structures.

The work is scheduled during weekdays, and you will be part of a team of skilled colleagues where collaboration and safety are a priority. We prefer that you have several years of experience in the profession and are comfortable working in a workshop environment.

The position is a consulting assignment with immediate start, and for the right person, there are good opportunities for continued work.

About you

We are looking for someone with solid knowledge of welding and preferably experience working in heavy industry. You are either a trained welder or have acquired your skills through work experience.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you are responsible and self-driven. The work can be both physically and technically demanding, which means you need to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be flexible in your approach. We are looking for a solution-oriented person who sees opportunities where others see obstacles and who contributes to a quality end result with precision and commitment.

For the position, it is an advantage if you have:

• Documented welding experience
• Valid welding licenses
• Forklift & overhead crane certificates
• Hot work certification
