Säters Snickerifabrik AB is a family-owned company with a long tradition of Swedish craftsmanship. Over three generations, we have developed the business into a modern and technologically advanced production, where quality and customer adaptation are always in focus. We manufacture exclusive windows, doors, stairs, and custom furnishings – each product is uniquely created according to the customer's needs. Our production takes place in Hedemora, southern Dalarna, and our main market is Mälardalen.

Your Responsibilities

As the painting manager with us, you will play an important role in production. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products receive a sustainable and perfect finish while leading and motivating your team. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, an interest in painting and surface treatment, and the ability to create smooth workflows.

Your main responsibilities include:

Painting and treating surfaces to ensure an even and durable finish.
Leading and planning work in the painting department to improve efficiency and results.
Developing and improving work processes within production.
Ensuring that machines and equipment function optimally.
Collaborating with other departments for a smooth production flow.

Your Profile

We are looking for a person with practical experience in painting work and a strong knowledge of paint, surface treatment, and lacquering. You have likely worked as a painter, in a paint shop, or in lacquering and have a deep understanding of various paint and surface treatment methods. Precision and an eye for detail are essential for you, and you always strive to deliver results of the highest quality.

In this role, you will both lead and coordinate a small team while being active in practical work. We are looking for someone who not only has technical competence but also has a commitment to improving work processes and wants to help drive the company's development forward. Since we are a team with diverse backgrounds and experiences, we appreciate good communication skills and the ability to adapt your communication.

The position is full-time and scheduled during the day from Monday to Friday.
