We are now looking for an engaged Maintenance Manager who wants to drive the daily maintenance work forward with world-class products and production. As a Maintenance Manager, you will have personnel responsibility and play an important role in supporting the team with technically challenging tasks while working to create a safe, secure, and developing work environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high operational reliability and availability in production by leading efforts to improve machines, equipment, and processes. You will closely collaborate with maintenance managers from other departments and report to the maintenance manager.

• Plan, lead, and distribute daily work within preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Drive improvement work regarding work methods, techniques, and technical development.
• Have personnel responsibility and be responsible for workplace safety issues.
• Follow up and take responsibility for the unit's results against set goals.
• Collaborate with internal functions such as order reception and maintenance coordinators.
• Lead and develop a team of approximately ten employees.

• Several years of experience in maintenance, preferably from a manufacturing environment.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Experience working with Lean/5S.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with lifts and cranes.

• Technical post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
