Department Description

As a line technician, you will work in the Can department, which consists of four lines producing beer, cider, soft drinks, and water in cans and kegs. The department has about 70 employees. The work is conducted in 3 shifts.

Your Task

In the role of line technician, you will act as a technical specialist on the line. Your responsibilities include primarily providing technical service to the machines present on the line. In your role, you will be responsible for:

• working to maintain the line's efficiency
• optimizing rebuilds/format changes on the line with associated fine-tuning
• conducting technical training for operators on the line
• being the first technician on-site to solve urgent problems
• having a good understanding of technical disturbances/deficiencies on our lines
• creating service requests/work orders in the maintenance system to initiate planned actions

As a knowledgeable employee, you will be the contact person for the filling line in communication with the maintenance department. You, together with production employees, will work based on the model of “continuous improvements” with given standards as support.

Requirements and Personal Qualities We believe that you:

• have a high school education in electrical, automation, maintenance, or equivalent technical education
• have good computer skills and the ability to easily understand technical documentation
• can express yourself in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Preferred qualifications for the position:
• experience with maintenance systems is a plus
• experience in technical work within production/maintenance is a plus

You need to be solution-oriented, driven by a pronounced service mindset, and responsible towards both suppliers and colleagues. You are independent in your work but at the same time unpretentious and demonstrate a team spirit where the whole and the company's best are in focus. Furthermore, we see that you have high technical competence and a passion for problem-solving.
