Your Role

As a team leader, you are responsible for the daily operations and lead the team in the important work as the face of Lidl Sweden's customer service. Our employees are the key to our success, which is why you actively work to promote the development and further training of customer service employees. To continue meeting and exceeding our customers' expectations and needs, you will also work towards the long-term development of customer service. This involves close collaboration with the customer service manager and other departments at the head office, as well as contacts with our parent company in Germany. The customer service department has close contact with our customers and thus a great opportunity to influence change and development that affects the entire company.

Other tasks in the role include:

  • Ensuring that we work in the best, most efficient, and qualitative ways in our processes
  • Monitoring key figures and compiling reports
  • Participating in and driving upcoming national and international projects

In your role, you report to the customer service manager.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has completed high school education and has previous experience leading others. You are an engaged and positive person who enjoys coaching and developing your employees. As we have several large projects ahead, we prefer that you have experience in project management.

Additionally, it is important that you:

  • Have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written forms. Knowledge of German is considered valuable
  • Are analytical and structured in your work approach. It is advantageous if you have a pedagogical interest and the ability to teach others
  • Have good administrative skills and experience working in various systems, such as the Office suite
