About the Role

Are you a confident IT professional with extensive experience in client management in a Windows environment? Do you want to be part of an engaged team with significant technical responsibility and a clear focus on stability, security, and development? Then we have the position for you! In this role, you will work broadly with the operation and support of Windows clients, troubleshooting, installations, and further development of our IT environment. You will be an important player in the team, and we are looking for someone who is accustomed to taking responsibility, working in a structured manner, and contributing to continuous improvement.

• Solid experience in troubleshooting and navigating Windows and Windows Server
• Knowledge of printers and drivers, preferably with experience in Lexmark
• Overall understanding of networks and network structures
• Experience with Pull Print solutions and network scanning
• Familiarity with daily operation of Windows 10 and Windows 11 clients
• Practical experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) – both infrastructure and client management
• Experience in updating and managing Group Policy Objects (GPO)
• Good knowledge of troubleshooting methods and log file analysis
• Understanding of Microsoft Office from an operational and user perspective
• Experience working according to ITIL processes
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
