We are looking for you who speaks fluent Finnish and wants to be part of our customer service team!

As a customer service representative at BGA, you are an important part of our customer experience. You assist our customers via email, chat, and phone with questions about orders, deliveries, and products — as well as helping them find the right product and maximize their order. We believe that good service and sales go hand in hand, and therefore we appreciate if you have a natural sales sense and enjoy finding solutions that help both the customer and increase our sales.

About the role

• You handle customer inquiries in Finnish and sometimes in English or Swedish.
• You primarily work with incoming inquiries via email and chat, but some phone contact occurs.
• You work in a supportive team, where we always strive to provide fast and personal service.

We are looking for someone who

• Has excellent knowledge of Finnish, both spoken and written.
• Enjoys helping others and has a solution-oriented attitude.
• Is meticulous, efficient, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

The position is located at our headquarters in Gävle, with the possibility of some remote work.
