Your Future Role:
You will report to Eric Sevelin (Site Production Manager Services) and work alongside a dedicated and skilled team.

Your Responsibilities Include:
- Replacing and aligning body parts
- Welding, gluing, and riveting
- Dismantling and assembling vehicles
You will work with both carbon steel and stainless steel as well as aluminum. We prefer that you have several years of welding experience and can read blueprints.
All About You:
We value passion and attitude over experience. We do not expect you to have all the skills, but we believe that the following knowledge will help you succeed and grow in this role:
- Relevant education or experience in welding
- Previous work with welding and repair of vehicles or similar industries
- Good knowledge of Black MAG (135 2-12mm) and Stainless MAG (135 2-12mm) to ensure high quality and efficiency in the work
- Familiarity with reading blueprints and technical specifications related to welding
- Experience with welding that requires non-destructive testing, e.g., visual inspection, penetrant, or magnetic particle.
- Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Welding certification
- Alignment after welding
- Alu MIG (131 2-12mm), TIG (141), and stud welding (111)
- Heat alignment/cold alignment of dents
We Value the Following Personal Qualities:
- Creative: You have the ability to think outside the box, which helps us find new and innovative solutions to welding-related problems.
- Solution-oriented: You quickly identify welding challenges and address them effectively, which is important to keep our projects on track.
- Collaborative: Your unpretentious approach enhances teamwork and creates a positive work environment where we achieve common goals.
We are looking for someone who wants to work daytime. For this position, you will be required to undergo a medical health examination, which Alstom will arrange.
