Your Tasks

We are now looking for skilled and experienced concrete workers for upcoming assignments in Västerås and surrounding areas. This is a proactive ad, which means that we currently do not have a specific assignment, but we expect that there will soon be needs from our clients. As a concrete worker, you will work with shaping and assembling reinforcement bars according to drawings and specifications. You interpret and follow drawings to ensure that the reinforcement is constructed correctly, while cutting and adjusting reinforcement bars to the right length and shape. An important part of the job is to prepare and assemble reinforcement cages and meshes for concrete pouring, ensuring that all work complies with applicable safety regulations and quality standards. You will work closely with colleagues in production to keep the work efficient and smooth. Additionally, you will be part of a wonderful team where collaboration is key to ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with previous experience in concrete or similar work, and who is a master at reading drawings and translating them into practice. Experience working in a concrete factory is a plus. You are meticulous, solution-oriented, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. Since the work can be physically demanding, we prefer candidates with good physical fitness and who are used to working in a production environment. You have an eye for detail, work efficiently, and always strive to deliver the highest quality. Forklift and overhead crane licenses are an extra plus!
