Welcome to Råby School, which is part of the principal area D together with Stigtomta School and Släbroskolan in Nyköping. At Råby School, there are about 32 students in grades F-1 and 2-3. We work with organizational development, have joy at work, and a clear process towards an equitable school for all students. At Råby, you work in a small team with a high degree of collaboration and participation around the students. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Råby School is looking for teachers who want to make a positive difference in students' lifelong learning. You will be part of a small team where you are expected to actively contribute with a solution- and result-oriented approach. You will work together with a teaching colleague, support educators, and leisure staff. Your mission is to jointly lead and support students in their social and academic development.

In the team, educators assist each other with planning, teaching, and students' school days as well as breaks. Your daily work includes regular teaching tasks, student work, collaboration with leisure activities, development work, and parent contact.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who wants to help develop the educational work around our students. You are creative, willing to think outside the box, and driven to develop children's talents. You have a student focus and support students in their knowledge development.

We seek someone with a big heart for students and their needs, an inclusive perspective, and the ability to see how the individual student's needs can best be met. You have a good ability to work with safety and study peace. You have clear pedagogical insight and the ability to translate the curriculum's goals into your daily work. You are goal- and result-oriented, possess good leadership qualities, are low-key in your approach, flexible, and collaborate towards the organization's common goals. The position requires that you master Swedish well in both spoken and written form, have experience planning and teaching in a mixed-age group, and can collaborate.

You have a teaching license and are qualified to work up to grade 3.
