Your role will involve supporting private customers via phone and email with various questions in the electricity and energy sector – everything from electricity consumption to contracts and power grids. You don't need any prior knowledge in the field, as we offer comprehensive training that provides you with the knowledge you need to succeed.

Employment degree and working hours

Employment degree: 80% (with the possibility to extend to 100% during June–August, which we see as a great advantage). Start date: May 19. Working hours: Scheduled weekdays between 08:00–17:00. We are flexible and try to accommodate your preferences regarding the schedule.

Important information about vacation

In order for us to provide the best possible service during the summer months, we need your availability during June–August, which means that vacation is not granted during this period. If this does not work for you, perhaps this is not the right position for you right now – but we hope it fits and that you want to be part of our journey!

What we offer

Bonus model after 10 weeks of onboarding, which complements your regular salary and is linked to your performance and results. You can earn up to 5,000 SEK in bonus per calendar month with a focus on creating added value, providing first-class service, and increasing customer satisfaction.

Paid training and extensive development opportunities, especially considering our expansive phase.

Secure employment with a collective agreement in collaboration with UNIONEN and Almega. The base salary according to the collective agreement is 20,081 SEK/month for those under 24 years and 23,054 SEK/month for those over 24 years.

What we are looking for

Complete high school diploma (or equivalent education). Fluent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form. Good computer skills. Clean criminal record.

It is an advantage if you:

Have experience in service professions and customer contact. Appreciate customer contact and gain energy from talking to people. Have experience working towards clearly defined goals. Are solution-oriented and competitive.
