About the position

We are looking for someone with experience or relevant education in surface treatment or a similar field. You should have a basic understanding of safety regulations and techniques in surface treatment. The ability to read and understand technical drawings as well as handle equipment and machinery is also a requirement for success in this role.

About you

Formal qualifications

We are seeking someone with relevant education in painting or equivalent work experience. You need to have at least two years of practical experience in painting work within the automotive industry or a similar field. Good knowledge of handling and maintaining painting equipment is a requirement. You should also have the ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications. Attention to detail and precision are crucial to ensure high quality in your work.

Meritorious

It is an advantage if you have previous experience working with automated painting systems and have knowledge of quality control and color management. Experience working in teams and good communication skills are seen as a plus. Furthermore, it is positive if you have participated in further education courses in surface treatment and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
