About the Position

As a manual welder, you will perform welding of various metal components according to specific drawings and instructions from our client. You are responsible for ensuring high quality and precision in every weld, as well as conducting necessary inspections and tests to guarantee durability and functionality. You will handle welding equipment and tools with care, perform maintenance on the equipment, and collaborate with other team members to optimize the production process and achieve set goals.

About You

Formal Competence

We are looking for someone with documented experience in manual welding and holds a welding license according to applicable standards. You should have completed relevant training in welding and metalworking, as well as have knowledge in reading and interpreting technical drawings. A good understanding of safety regulations and quality assurance is required. The ability to work independently and in a team, as well as meeting deadlines, is also necessary for the role.

Meritorious

It is an advantage if you have experience in MIG and TIG welding, as well as previous work with various metals such as aluminum and stainless steel. Experience working in a workshop environment where you have handled advanced welding equipment and tools strengthens your application. Furthermore, it is positive if you have completed courses in quality control and improvement work within production. Good communication skills and experience in reporting work results are also beneficial.
