Varbergs Precision specializes in flexible contract manufacturing in short and medium series. With the help of CAD/CAM and experienced staff, they mill and turn very complex parts with tight tolerances. They are large enough to be a reliable subcontractor and small enough to have the flexibility and overview that guarantees quick handling and first-class service. Together with their customers, they further develop ideas using a modern machine park and knowledgeable employees.

The majority of production takes place in 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC-controlled mills and lathes. The machine park is constantly evolving, and they work with the latest technology. Varbergs Precision is in continuous development to meet customer demands.

What does the role offer?

As a CNC operator at Varbergs Precision, you will be offered a developing job in a state-of-the-art production environment that places great emphasis on well-being and community. Furthermore, you will be involved in manufacturing complex products that require high precision to be correct. Depending on your background and knowledge, you will work in your area of expertise within turning or milling. You will perform tasks such as:

• Setting up machines according to setup instructions
• Conducting ongoing quality checks

Scope: Full-time
Working hours: 2-shift
Start: Immediately, or by agreement

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with previous experience as a CNC operator with knowledge of CNC lathes or CNC mills.

To fit this role, you should have a good technical understanding and knowledge of reading drawings and measurement techniques. We also believe that you are a meticulous and organized person who has an eye for the small details - so that the products sent out meet delivery requirements. Your experience gives you knowledge in tool selection related to the product to be produced. Furthermore, you thrive in working in a team and have a positive attitude.
