Job Description

We are now in need of a new dedicated employee for our grinding department. Together with other colleagues in the department, you will work independently with all tasks that arise.

As a grinder, you will grind and polish stainless steel and be responsible for ensuring that all products you complete maintain consistent high quality. We want you to have previous experience in grinding stainless steel and a good sense of finish and quality. It is a plus if you have some interest in machinery and the willingness and ability to learn to operate our new grinding machine.

If you also have experience in other processes within sheet metal processing such as welding and bending, we see this as a clear advantage.

You will have internal contacts with colleagues in other manufacturing departments to ensure that our products are completed on time and with high quality.

Language skills: Good language skills in Swedish

Residence: We prefer that you live in Hyltebruk or nearby or within reasonable commuting distance.

Work experience: Ideally, you have several years of experience in grinding from the manufacturing industry.

Personal qualifications: We want you to be a responsible, meticulous, and flexible person with good teamwork skills. Furthermore, you are results-oriented and possess a strong sense of service. You are used to working in situations that require both speed and accuracy.

Salary and employment conditions: Salary by agreement. Collective agreement exists.

Start date: As soon as possible, by agreement.
